Terms & Conditions of Sale – Patriot Discount Network

Online sales made through patriotdiscountnetwork.com are comparable to mail-order sales and therefore are not subject to the obligation to issue invoices pursuant to art. 22 of DPR 633/1972, nor to the requirement of fiscal receipts under art. 2, lett. oo), DPR 21 December 1996, n. 696.

1. Definitions

Online sales contract: a distance contract for tangible movable goods offered on Patriot Discount Network.

Buyer: the individual purchasing for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, or professional activity.

Patriot Discount Network: the brand and website promoting the sale of goods.

Supplier/Seller: the company responsible for selling the goods under the contract.

2. Identification and obligations of the parties

Buyer: declares to purchase as a consumer and not for resale purposes.

3. Subject and conclusion of the contract

Products listed constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 Italian Civil Code.

The contract is concluded online by submitting the order form and receiving confirmation via email.
