Return & Refund Policy – Patriot Discount Network

This policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on patriotdiscountnetwork.com.

1) Withdrawal period (14 days)

Under Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer may withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days:

from the physical delivery of the product (for a single item);
from the delivery of the last item (for orders with multiple items shipped separately).

2) How to exercise withdrawal

Send an explicit notice to info@patriotdiscountnetwork.com indicating your order number, products to return, name, and contact details;
Ship the goods to the address provided by our customer support within 14 days of sending the notice;
Include proof of purchase in the package (order confirmation email or receipt).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified in writing by Patriot Discount Network.

3) Return eligibility

Product must be intact, unused, and in perfect condition;
Complete with original packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals;
Properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Patriot Discount Network reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a deduction to the refund.

4) Products excluded from withdrawal

Customized or made-to-order products;
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery;
Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

5) Legal warranty and defect replacements

For defective or non-conforming products, the 24-month legal warranty applies.

Report the issue within 2 months of discovery to info@patriotdiscountnetwork.com including photos or videos of the defect and your order number.

Patriot Discount Network will repair or replace the product free of charge; if not possible, a price reduction or refund will be issued.

6) Refunds

For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer.
You will receive an email confirmation after the return inspection.
For products that are not intact or are missing components, a partial refund may apply.

7) Promotional items

Any specific conditions for sale items or special promotions will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

8) Exchanges

Contact info@patriotdiscountnetwork.com within 14 days of delivery.
You will receive detailed return instructions.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

9) Delays in refunds

If the refund is not yet visible, first check your account or contact your payment provider. For further issues, contact us at info@patriotdiscountnetwork.com.

10) Return address
