1. Shipping coverage

We ship to all European Union countries. Orders can be delivered to the address provided by the customer (home, workplace, etc.).

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

2. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery time: 24–48 hours from shipment.

Exact delivery times are displayed during checkout and confirmed via email once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping includes courier delivery, tracking, and signature on delivery when applicable.

We offer:

Free shipping on selected or promotional products;
Standard rates for other items, clearly shown at checkout or via email.

4. Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an automatic email containing the tracking number and link to monitor the shipment in real time.

5. Returns and exchanges

7. Damaged or non-conforming products
