This is our contact address for orders, withdrawal, complaints and for exercising your data-protection rights. It is the only channel we publish, and it is monitored. Complaints are answered within 30 days, as stated in Terms and conditions; requests about your personal data are answered within one month, as stated in the Privacy policy.
We do not operate an inbound telephone line, so we do not print a number we could not answer. Everything is handled in writing, by e-mail, which also gives you a record of what was agreed.
Calls go the other way: after you place an order we call the number you gave on the form, to confirm the contents and the delivery address. Without that call we do not dispatch the parcel, so the order does not bind you until you have spoken to us.
